Lead complex care plans, coordinate with physicians, and provide skilled nursing in the home.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Medication Delivery
Victoria & Saanichton, BCWork location: In person
Daily in-home medication administration and monitoring, primarily through our Nurse First Medication Access (NFMA) program.
