Recovery from a stroke is a marathon, not a moment. The first months at home are when consistent support makes the biggest difference: helping with movement, language, swallowing safety, and medication. We coordinate with your healthcare team so the plan stays unified — even as your needs change.
What's included
- Reinforcement of physiotherapy and occupational therapy routines
- Mobility support and fall-risk reduction
- Swallow-safety awareness at meals
- Medication management and blood-pressure monitoring
- Emotional support for survivors and family caregivers
Who it's for
- Stroke survivors returning home from hospital or rehab
- People living with chronic effects of a previous stroke
- Families looking for steady, knowledgeable in-home help
Our approach
We work in concert with your physician, physiotherapist, and other specialists. Care plans evolve as you regain function, and we keep careful notes so every team member is aligned. The goal is independence — and we work ourselves out of a job as quickly as your recovery allows.
