When one partner needs significant care, the other often becomes the caregiver — which can put both at risk. Our Couples Care service supports both of you, with care plans that respect your relationship and reduce the burden on the well partner.
What's included
- Coordinated daily plans for both partners
- Shared caregiver visits to keep things efficient
- Respite for the partner who is providing care
- Joint medication and appointment coordination
- Single point of contact for the family
Who it's for
- Couples where one partner has more advanced care needs
- Spouses who want to keep caring for each other but need backup
- Families looking for an alternative to separating their parents
Our approach
We assess both partners’ needs together and design a plan that protects the well partner from caregiver burnout while ensuring the partner with greater needs is fully supported.
